Tangled cables drive me crazy, so I like to store them in little containers. Here are some -- each with their own pros and cons.

A pill box with the individual spaces for each day removed. This one is cool because it has a locking door.

A lotion bottle with the ends cut open. Bonus: my iPhone charging cable smells lovely.

An Altoids tin. The bummer about this is rust. I also like clear containers so I don't grab the wrong one in a hurry.

A plastic travel-size cotton swab container. I just started using this one. Hopefully the top stays shut when it's among my other gear.
