Your competitor's product doesn't actually cause instantaneous metamorphosis?

I think the small text in the lower third of television ads is hilarious. The following image is from a 5-Hour Energy commercial in which they do a jump cut from one actor to another. It's kind of funny once, but subsequently quite annoying. I can't help but wonder whether their lawyers required the disclaimer. If so, I totally want that job so I can create the most insane fine print EVER.
