Seriously, is this the best we can do? There has got to be a better way to dispense lids than stacking them in silos that make it *impossible* to remove just one. Think of the number of productive hours lost due to fumbling with lids to our cold drink cups. Studies show that the average American squanders 16.5 hours a year due to this inefficiency.
I personally challenge the engineering team at the Dixie products division of Georgia-Pacific to come up with a better way. Don't let our country fall behind in the disposable cup marketplace. Nothing is more American than having uninhibited access to an abundant supply of disposable plastic products.
